Every year in July, the entire city comes together to help the Calgary Stampede host the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth. The Calgary Stampede team invite clients to share in the excitement of what Stampede has to offer and customize it to each group for any time of the year. From the minute guests arrive to the minute that they depart, they will experience authentic western hospitality, high-spirited Stampede entertainment, and down-home fun.

Team Calgary feels this would be a unique and unforgettable experience to showcase to the 2023 World Petroleum Show delegates.

    Rodeo entertainment

    Events include bareback, bull riding, ladies barrel racing, saddle bronc, mutton bustin, native dancers, trick roper, etc.

    Western arrival experience

    Western Showcase is recognized as one of the major destination areas of the Stampede. We are a vibrant group of nearly 200 volunteers showcasing our Western Heritage and Values.

    Full Production

    Full production includes décor, lighting, pyrotechnics and sound.

    From crazy creations to the delicious bites we love, the Calgary Stampede is filled with food for everyone. 

    Live Music

    Pop-up live musical entertainment and dancing throughout the evening.
